Now I'm on day 5 of ab ripper x and I feel pretty good. Surprised I'm already seeing results and it's very exciting. Up to 3.3 miles consistently a day on running. My 5k is around 28 minutes so I'm pretty excited. Now the next step is to incorporate the diet. I just tried a homemade smoothie today and wasn't crazy about it. I guess I may have to tweek it a little bit.
Almond milk and spinach surprisingly in a smoothie go pretty well together.
Below is the progress so far I see a definite difference don't know if it is that much but at least i'm seeing progress.
Below is a picture of day 4 of running and just doing p90x ab ripper x. I'm going to slowly start putting more workouts in throughout the week :) Let me know if anyone else has some advice.
